• Manufacturing defect
• Product near expiry (less than 1 month)
• Missing parts/accessories
• Wrong product delivered

Process

1. Email request with proof (photos/videos, invoice, shipping label).
2. Executive may request more information.
3. Return initiated within 3 working days of approval.
4. QA/QC check followed by replacement within 7 working days.

Terms & Conditions

• Request must be within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refund only if product is out of stock.
• Sterile products only returned for wrong delivery.
• Quali55care may deny request if deemed invalid.

• Cancel within 6 hours if not shipped.
• Delayed delivery (>21 days) eligible for cancellation (excl. made-to-order items).
• Specially procured items may not be cancellable.
• Quali55care reserves right to refuse cancellation.

• Refund initiated after cancellation confirmation via email.
• Modes of Refund:
  • Wallet: Within 24 hours
  • Card/UPI/Bank: Within 7 days
  • NEFT/RTGS: Within 10 days

• Delivery OTP shared via registered email & mobile only.
• 3 delivery attempts only.
• Wrong/damaged goods to be reported within 24 hrs with photos.
• Return: 2 pickup attempts will be made.
• Package should be sealed by pickup agent in your presence.
